Any changes to your registered details — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account information — must be updated promptly through the Account settings page. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your philmacao Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. philmacao reserves the right to void any bets or transactions that are found to have been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
philmacao accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). philmacao does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your philmacao Account.
The minimum deposit amount on the philmacao Platform is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. philmacao is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval during standard operating hours. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the philmacao Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). philmacao does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philmacao Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philmacao's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your philmacao Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. philmacao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
